Biomic Sciences is voluntarily recalling all lots of the following products:

• ION Sinus Support
• ION Biome Sinus
• Restore Sinus Spray

The recall is due to microbial contamination found by the FDA. 

The contamination includes:

• Microbacterium sp.
• Fictibacillus sp.
• Bacillus sp., primarily B. malikii
• Paenibacillus sp.

The recall includes the following lots:

• ION Sinus Support, sold from September 2021 through September 20, 2023
• ION Biome Sinus, sold from September 2019 through September 2021
• Restore Sinus Spray, sold from June 2017 through September 2019

The products also contain undeclared allergens, including: Wheat, Soy, Yellow #5.

Individuals with allergies to these ingredients are at risk of experiencing serious or even severe allergic reactions if they consume the product.

The use of the affected product could potentially result in severe or life-threatening adverse events such as:

• Bacteremia
• Fungemia
• Invasive bacterial or fungal
